Swimming and Aqua Fitness

Let us make swimming an enjoyable and fun experience for you and your entire family. Take a leisurely swim or engage in an invigorating water workout in our heated outdoor 25 yd. lap pool with lounge deck.

Try our popular water aerobics program, a high energy, low impact class emphasizing toning, stretching and cardiovascular conditioning as well as flexibility and muscle tone. With the aid of the water's buoyancy and resistance, the warm water and gentle movements can help relieve pain, stiffness and improve joint flexibility. Water therapy is especially suited for arthritis relief and other forms of rehabilitation.

For your relaxing pleasure, we provide 3 jacuzzis, 2 steam rooms and 2 saunas for a quiet, tranquil retreat from the stress of daily living. Relax tight, overworked muscles and reduce aches and pains in joints. An oasis of soothing, moist heat deep cleans and moisturizes the skin for a healthy glow. It increases the metabolic rate, relieves congestion, rejuvenates the body, and revitalizes the mind.

Class Descriptions

Aqua Fitness: deep water aerobics (15–20 minutes), water pilates (10 minutes), water yoga (10 minutes) with combinations of water tai–chi, aquatic kickboxing, body sculpting and noodle workouts.

Deep Water Conditioning: a challenging, non–impact workout in deep water using a buoyancy aid and incorporating cardiovascular fitness/fat burning exercise, muscle conditioning and toning.
